By scheduling or using any cleaning services provided by SK Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

SK Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a significant delay.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts past due may be subject to a late payment fee.

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

SK Cleaning Services LLC carries general liability insurance. We will take reasonable care of your property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improperly secured or fragile items. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
